About Olan Taa
A living world. All our games take place in this world on the brink of a second catastrophe... step into it and be the next hero.
Bring your system. The first half is essentially system agnostic while the second half must be adapted to use it outside Dungeons & Dragons.
Tell your story. The world will continue to expand with other books and games. There are blank spaces for you to fill... venture forth!
Olan Taa is the world where all our games take place.
We created a worldbook so you can play role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons in Olan Taa.
The first half of the book is almost system agnostic. It works as a sourcebook you can use with any RPG system, not just Dungeons & Dragons. It is not 100% lore as you’ll find sidebars with mechanics and rules written for D&D 5th edition, but those should be easy to adapt to other systems.
The second half of the book is specifically for Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition (2024). Adapting this section to other systems will require more work because it features new species, sub-classes, and ad-hoc mechanics.
Either way the world is yours to claim as you forge your story and become the next hero!
