King of Xotlan, Cotlic represents the will of the land and its deity made manifest. Brave and confident to a fault, Cotlic is loved by his people, but proves uncomprimising a diplomat. On the battlefield, Cotlic fights for his kingdom, his already considerable strength amplified by his domain lending him aid.
