Haburat

Setheru's personal bodyguard, Haburat was responsible for defending the Lord of Utsesh. When a terrorist attack almost killed his charge, Haburat took up the shroud of the Dark Vigilante - a figure of legend- in repentance, hunting down political dissidents. Restored by Setheru, he now acts as the Master of Ceremonies for the realm, in charge of executing the rebels he used to hunt.
